Sandy
uses the very same skills to run her multi-million dollar
business that she applies to caring for her family. The inner
qualities that today enable her to rival the annual income of
some Fortune 500 executives are the very same qualities that
once made her a dedicated and enthusiastic first grade teacher
in a Brooklyn ghetto. All it takes, she'll tell you, is an
open heart, unbridled energy and lots of passion.
Although
her dear friend and mentor, the late Rubin, often called her
the Queen of MLM, Elsberg insists that "everybody's entitled
to royalty," and she'll gladly teach anyone who wants to learn
exactly how to earn their own crown, step-by-step.
Widely
considered "the Trainer's trainer" in network marketing, she
regularly lectures with the Upline Master Group, a circle of
industry greats which includes the likes of John Milton Fogg,
who fondly refers to Sandy as "the divine Ms. E", Big Al (Tom
Schreiter), Richard Brooke, Russ DeVan, Mark Yarnell and other
MLM luminaries. Know for her unique style which molds
crackling wit with unabashed nurturing, she considers herself
the shot of estrogen in the predominately male group.
Elsberg's trainings usually have everyone in the audience. Men
and women alike, furiously taking notes—in between frequent
bursts of laughter and an occasional tear—but she's especially
empowering to women.
"I tell
them a story about an ex-school teacher, nine months pregnant
with her second child, with swollen ankles the size of thighs,
with no health insurance and $250,000 in debt, who sets out in
her beat-up Volkswagen Van without heat, air conditioning or a
radio, and proceeds to earn over $11,000 during the month her
baby arrives. I really treasure that story because it's mine
and I consider it the number one asset in my business.
"It can
be hard for many people to relate to a six-figure income when
they've been scrambling under the sofa cushions for milk
money, but they can identify with me because I've lived in
that place called FEAR, and I know how it robs people of their
power. And, I can show them a way out of it."
Along
the way, Elsberg's authored several books and she's been a
regular contributor to Upline Magazine, MLM Insider
and other key industry publications. She's also been quoted in
SUCCESS magazine and her rags-to-riches story is woven
through the pages of Wave III and Who Store the
American Dream.
Elsberg's MLM organizations typically resemble "a company
within a company." Throughout her 15 plus years in the
industry, she's consistently built organizations that
generated millions of dollars annually, achieving the top
distributor status in several MLM companies.
Nonetheless, Elsberg insists she's still really a teacher at
heart. "It is my great privilege to teach others how to become
a master copy worth duplicating in their business. This is an
industry that allows me to honor my own priorities while
rewarding me richly for sharing my abundance with others. For
me, MLM is the embodiment of what the poet Kahil Gibran, meant
when he said, "Work is love made visible."
Elsberg
resides in Orange County, California, with her two daughters
Eleah and Anna, a very cute puppy named Buttons and assorted
other pets. |
