Sandra Elsberg has a BA and MA in education and taught school in a Brooklyn ghetto, a career she found deeply fulfilling.

She became involved in Network Marketing in 1982 and managed to rise to leadership positions in several companies, earning over half a million dollars annually. Widely considered the "trainers trainer" in network marketing and often referred to as the "Lioness with a heart", she regularly lectures with a circle of industry achievers. Known for her unique style, which molds crackling wit with unabashed nurturing, she considers herself a shot of estrogen in the predominantly male group. She is listed in the MLM Hall of Fame and is the author of Bread Winner, Bread Baker, a networking book written by a woman for women -- and the men who love them. Her latest book, "The R Factor," teaches that the road to royalty and residual income is built on the relationship between people.
